İstport Hotel, İstanbul

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. Ersin Bey and Ahmet Bey, who served at the reception, greeted us with a smiling face and very nicely. It was a great convenience for us that they helped us extend our check-out time, especially due to our flight time. Thanks to their interest, understanding and hospitality, we felt very comfortable and valued. A hotel that attaches importance to guest satisfaction, has a friendly and helpful team. We thank them for everything. We recommend it with peace of mind!

We had a very pleasant stay at İstport Hotels! The staff deserves special praise — exceptionally polite, attentive, and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is great: not overly extravagant, but very tasty, fresh, and pleasant — just what you need to start the day well. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, and overall everything was great. Thank you to the whole team for your warm hospitality, highly recommended!

Advantages: Had a comfortable stay. Good breakfast spread and they helped with late checkout to suit my.flight timing Disadvantages: Internet was very slow in my room

Advantages: A really great hotel that we can recommend without reservation!

We especially liked the location, the cleanliness and the very friendly and helpful staff. Our family room was spacious, cozy and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also rich and varied.

A special thank you goes to the nice gentleman at the reception as well as to his friendly colleague, who also speaks Russian.

We felt completely comfortable as a family and can only report positive things about our stay. Thank you for the nice time! We will be happy to come back and definitely recommend the hotel to others!

Advantages: The hotel staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They try to help everyone.
The room and bathroom are clean, there is everything you need, linen and towels are clean. The mattress is very soft, I found it)
The breakfast was standard Turkish, but everything was very tasty. Special thanks to the Tuba girl and the chef for the pie recipe) all the best and prosperity) Disadvantages: My room was very tiny, without a balcony, with a view of the wall of the neighboring building... I stayed alone and only for 1 night, so it's not critical. But if someone is going to stay for a longer period, just keep in mind that there are such rooms.

Advantages: Great location near Istanbul Airport. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice breakfast. Clean spacious room, nice bathroom. Airport transfers were good. Nice restaurants for dinner nearby. Disadvantages: Nothing.

Advantages: Friendly and helpful staff in all areas
Perfect cleanliness in the room and bathroom
Very rich and delicious breakfast buffet
Avlu AVM shopping center, several local restaurants, markets, hairdressers and pharmacies within walking distance almost around the corner
15 Minutes walk to Arnavutköy-Hastane Metro Station from where it takes only 3 stops to Istanbul Airport Disadvantages: There is only one elevator
Otherwise, everything is perfect

Advantages: Great hotel, great service. Although it was short stop in the city, I enjoyed my staying in Istport from first seconds. Really worth to stay.

A hotel that I am very satisfied with its location, cleanliness and food, and that I prefer to stay in thanks to the attention and smiling faces of the hotel staff. Mr. Ersin, Mrs. Tuğba, I would like to especially thank Mr. Ömer.

Advantages: A wonderful stay, highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always happy to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious and the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Outstanding value for money, and we'll definitely be back!

Advantages: Clean hotel in the city center. Shops and restaurants are all nearby. Breakfast is pretty standard and is fine. Very attentive staff. Confy beds. Clean bathroom. Our room was very quiet, which was important for good sleep. Disadvantages: There was no space in our room - 2 beds surrounded by walls. Location, even though is good, its considerably further from airport than some other locations in this town, which results in longer travel and and higher taxi bill.
