İstport Hotel, İstanbul

Advantages: The hotel is new, everything is very clean - towels, bed linen, the room itself was cleaned perfectly. The staff is super polite. I came to breakfast at 9-15 and there was already something missing. But I didn't stay hungry.

The transfer from the airport had to wait half an hour, it was exactly the appointed time at the airport.

Nearby (5 minutes on foot) there is a large shopping center, a pastry shop, a cafe. It is very convenient if you want to have a delicious snack at normal prices. Disadvantages: Something sweet was spilled in the hallway and the shoes stick to the floor.

Advantages: The room and the entire staff were perfect. Nothing to say. The breakfast is also very good with a good choice. Disadvantages: The evening restaurant, great staff but the dishes were expensive in terms of quantity and quality.

Advantages: A cozy hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. Special thanks to the staff of the Ersin Hotel. Excellent location if you need to spend the night near the airport. Excellent price/quality ratio. The room size is small (like the Italian version) but for such ridiculous money...

Advantages: Convenient location- close to IST airport. An excellent breakfast buffet, where there is both hot and fruit, unlike other similar hotels, where there is a ready plate. Clean room, quiet (no noise), killer beds. Polite staff. My daughter met a friend among the staff, they still communicate)). There is also a shopping mall nearby with Waikiki and other shops and cafes for lunch and dinner. We marked it for ourselves as the hotel where we will stay for transfers in Istanbul. Disadvantages: There are interruptions with wifi in the room, before a good job you need to go down to the 1st floor.

We stayed as a family for one night in July to come from the domestic route and wait for our international flight, which was the next day. We were satisfied in every sense. The breakfast was fresh and varied. The room facilities were good. The employees were interested.

I lived in this hotel, where I always live while traveling to and from Istanbul in the Arnavutkoy area near the airport, and the advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the metro station that takes you to the airport, as well as the high-class treatment with the visitors of this hotel, the receptionist Ahmed is very respectful and appreciative

A fantastic hotel! Everything deserves 5 stars. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the room service is excellent, and the food is very tasty and varied. The staff is friendly, attentive and always helpful. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful holiday. We can definitely recommend the hotel and will be happy to come back!

Advantages: We chose this hotel for a stay between two flights because it wasn't far from the airport, and the hotel provided a convenient transfer. All due respect to the Turkish faith, but if you wanted a beer in the evening, there was a shop 300 meters away where you could buy one. Disadvantages: The soup at dinner was fantastic, but I had expected the other dishes to be better.
And the tiles on the shower floor are not suitable; there is a high risk of slipping.

Advantages: Hotel is nice, located close to public transport stops, cheap bus front the airport, takes approx. 40 minutes, also you can travel by metro.
The staff is extremely polite and nice. Food is good. Disadvantages: Weather

Advantages: Convenient location in the city of Arnavutkoi, near the airport.A clean, cozy hotel.Responsive staff, it was necessary for an extra couple of hours, because the late departure of the plane was provided without any problems for free

Advantages: Hotel was clean and easy transportation option was much appreciated! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our short time in Istanbul

Advantages: Special thanks to Hakkı Ciğerim from the Transfer Department! The airport meeting point instructions were clear, the pick-up was prompt, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and pleasant. Excellent driver and great transfer service!

Thank you to Mr. Ersin for his hospitality and interest, we felt like we were at home with his smiling face and high-quality service, Thanks for everything, I recommend him with peace of mind

Advantages: Everything was very clean, staff was amazing and looked after me. As a solo traveller it really felt good to have people look after me. Disadvantages: There’s nothing to add here.

Advantages: The hotel is cozy, there is an elevator, the room is small, clean, the bed is one and a half. The breakfast is good, you can eat enough. The staff is great, the guy at the reception is trying to speak Russian, well done! The kettle wasn't working in the room, so a new one was brought immediately upon request. In general, I liked the hotel. I'll be coming back. I took a transfer on arrival at the airport, 2700 liras in both directions. There is a shopping center and various cafes and shops nearby. Disadvantages: Everything was fine
